Lets face it. Maranda looked like a Drunken Barroom Brawler that was already beaten up earlier in the night in there.

I like Miranda, but cannot say I care if I ever watch him fight again. He has slid down his slippery slope so much, he has nothing left. Before he at least had some timing there and could make a fight interesting. Now I don't think he does. He was throwing right hands in places where Ward was not even at!LOL

Ward was fighting no different than Bernard Hopkins has on multiple occasions.

He was doing some hugging, but nothing overly excessive.

Ward would still win, problem is that Miranda only knows how to fight one way. Ward is too muti-dimensional.

The holding was bad, but not crazy. Abraham probably held as much if not more in there first fight.

If Miranda gets a new trainer (which I hear is a good possibility) I think he can be rebuilt. He has lost so much of what he was....

the holding was borderline bad imo, and only became excessive in the late rounds ... fight was decent imo and ward actually impressed me. he showed alotta wrinkles in his game i thought, even though miranda did look very one deminsional and amaturish.
