Well that's just it, I think he's doing fine financially & so what mosley said isn't a personal attack because it isn't true. If it were true, it would be personal. Mosley was linked to the balco dude so generally people do believe mosley at some point juiced, i call that a personal attack. mosley going after floyd's troubles with the law is a personal attack. if you're telling a guy he probably needs money when he was the 4th highest paid athlete in 07 or 08 or whenever, that is not a personal attack but just ******ity.

But the steroid use is still about boxing and their careers, about Mosley's actions as a boxer.

Floyd getting arrested for domestic abuse has nothing to do with his standing as a boxer. Shane taking the cream, the clear, and EPO does.

Mosley wasn't just "linked" to the Balco case. He admitted he used illegal PEDs, although he used the "I didn't know what I was taking" argument that 99% of those who get caught use.

And Mosley might be right that Mayweather needs the money, regardless of how much PBF made in 2007. There's been numerous reports of Floyd having tax problems. Tyson and Holyfield have made obscene amounts of money, far beyond PBF. They need money. Holyfield almost lost his mansion because he couldn't pay the loan.

Boxers have a rep throughout history for being notoriously bad with their finances.

People know DLH was plannin to fight Mr boat buyer at the time. SSM wasn't gonna try to undercut the boss. Dude damn well knew his role in GBP, so he balked wit that ******ass tooth ****. Neither SSM or Mr boat buyer have ever been flat out scared of each other. But there's nothin stoppin the fight now other than Mr boat buyer wantin Pac. If it goes down SSM needs to face the Cotto-Clottey winner to set up a lineal champ at WW. Hopefully Mr boat buyer will want it after Pac, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Mayweather don't want none with Shane. Mosley had already made it clear that he wasn't gonna fight for the rest of the year when he beat Vargas and this was before Floyd even attempted to call a bluff. And like mentioned earlier in the thread he cleared the way for Goldie Fishnet. It had nothing to do with lack of confidence. After Mosley dominated Collazo and Mayweather won against DLH, Shane pursued this fight aggressively and Mayweather went after the easier fighter in Hatton.
