I would love to see Floyd fight the winner of Mosley vs Cotto, which should happen if Cotto gets past Clottey. All of this trash talking should lead up to something.

I don't care too much about the past. Who "ducked" who, blah blah. Just bad timing IMO, and Mosley always seems to have to wait in line behind other GBP fighters for a crack at Mayweather.

A future matchup between the 2 is what matters. Mosley talking **** on ESPN and building some hype for a matchup is a good sign. Mayweather says conflicting things, like saying he won't fight Mosley because Mosley is no draw and then saying Mosley is on his "hitlist".

Often that kind of talk though, "he isn't much of a draw", when the guy really is one of the biggest paydays you could get, is just preliminary negotiations.

I agree, I don't either Mayweather or Mosley are avoiding each other.

Really? Floyd is going to make money fighting anyone... but anyway to my point For the Margarito fight both only made around 2.4 Million each. So I see Floyd asking for a crazy split and I wont blame him.

This **** is great, if Floyd beats JMM convincingly then beats Pacquiao... I can see a showdown with Mosley being amazing in the build-up, just seems like there is so much tension between them already!

Me neither, but the tooth ache thing is just a good argument to put across the ignorant posters who try to claim he avoided Mosley for no reason... if you get what I mean?

It is kinda one of those things that shuts them up about it... still a fight I wanna see though.

Mayweather's biggest payday is Pacquiao, but after Manny, who else is there around his weight range?

DLH's retired, Hatton just got wasted by Pacman, if Mayweather and Arum work together, it's more likely that it's for a PBF-Pac fight rather than PBF-Cotto (although Cotto might be on the outs with Top Rank).

Mayweather-Mosley would be a PPV fight, so they'd get more than Mosley and Margarito got. That was HBO WCB.

Mayweather's deal with GBP is supposedly for 5 fights. Mosley's a GBP partner. Provided they both keep winning, the fight will probably happen.

Im not saying I dont want the fight (it needs to happen if he gets past Marquez and Pac) Im just saying Mayweather is going to make huge money with who ever he fights. ( I dont know if it true of not but its reported he is making close to 15 Mil just for the Marquez fight, thats crazy)
