He has failed to make fans and he has gotten sick of it.

He seems to be so insecure about everything else in his life that the only thing he can make up for it is money. So he clings on to it like a *****.

He can't get many fans so he says "Yeah well who needs them? I got money"

His family life is bust so he goes "I wouldn't give my money up for ANYTHING in the world"

But the truth is that the guy DOES care about what the public says about him. You see him getting mad about Brian Kenny...you see him being insecure about Pacquiao and we've seen him cry about the publicity he's been getting.

He complains about the credit he's getting from his fights. So if he doesn't care about all that why does he make such a big deal out of it?

He says that he has proved to himself that he is the best, if that is true why does he go ballistic when people say that he isnt the best?

The guy obviously cares.

I remember the radio-interview earlier this year, and Floyd said that he had 600 million dollars in the bank, and he has no reason to return from retirement. And recently, Mosley says Floyd lost all his money, that`s why he returned. I don`t know who the liar is anymore, probably the first.

I think he relizses playing the bad guy his whole career has hurt his ATG statis, and people dont really consider him like he considers himself. Too few people say Floyd has had a wonderful career.

So he has come back and wants to be recognized as part of boxing history. Right now what hes doing is cementing his ATG position and moving his status as a ATG a lot closer to the legends. Having a good comeback will not only silence more than half the critics it will showcase what talent he still has to unveil possibly boosting his status even more, GL to him hes a talented boxer.

I agree with everything you said. After the Hatton fight you could tell the guy cares about all that stuff. Outside of his gimmick the guy is great but all he has to show for it is his money. You can really tell though that he is jealous of Hatton and Pac with all their support and thats why he has tried to kiss up to the fans but it really doesn't work. People root for brawlers and offensive fighters which isnt floyds forte so hes kinda **** out of luck. He needs to drop the whole money thing and just fight the tough fights, it will help a bit.
