I believe either fighter can take the other out. Though Cotto has been hurt and even knocked down in the past he's also shown he can fight adversity very well. In the case of Clottey I don't think he's faced an overall complete fighter like Cotto is now and that can pose a problem to Clottey who isn't the most diverse fighter Miguel has faced.
If Cotto lands his body shots flush throughout the fight it's not out of the question that Clottey may take a knee or be stopped all together.
