To be fair, I think Mercante Jr. was taking into consideration that Sweat Pee does not hit that hard. I wont argue with you in saying that the fight should have been stopped sooner, but there is no doubt in my mind, had it been stopped sooner, there would have been those saying the fight was stopped too soon because Pernell does not have major pop. Damned if you and damned if you don't.
