Marquez is going to get brutalized.

Floyd has to put on a great performance in order to hype up the next fight. A lackluster, boring affair just won't cut it and he knows it.

Thats why he brought up a lightweight,

to look even more impressive to build up the next fight.

    Dinamita cashing out.

The last thing Marquez needs is muscle mass. It will only make him slower.

As long as he keeps his speed. That's the biggest thing imo.

agree that mexican boxing needs a boost especially after the margarito scandal.

personally i think that JMM should concentrate on his lower body and building the mass there, he needs to keep whatever speed he can.

i can still only see a TKO for floyd

I think what I've mentioned is pretty obvious. The only people hyping this up as some sort of hard fight are Floyd fans trying to justify the selection of JMM.

Even though he beat Casamayor and Diaz by KO, he was still getting tagged by them. And lets be honest here, its not like Marquez steamrolled those dudes, he had plenty of problems with them as well.

Imagine all the stick Cotto or Mosley would get for fighting Marquez by the Floyd boys.

I'm no fan of Mayweather's cherry picking ass by any stretch of the imagination but this fight is gonna backfire on him. Casamayor was a little bit shot but I think Juan Diaz could've given Floyd a potentially tough fight. Mayweather would've beat him but don't you think he'd have to grind the victory out the same way JMM did? The last 4 opponents on JMM's resume is a hell of a lot better than Gatti, Mitchell, Baldomir, Brusseles, Judah, and ODLH. They would beat them all in no specific order. Mayweather has just been fighting guys that are totally outclassed and when you are never tested I think it takes away from your craft somewhat.

I can agree with that, however, both are counterpunchers.

Floyd is just bigger, stronger, faster and more acclimated to the 140+ environment. At JMMs age, even as supposedly smart as a fighter he is,

he has no advantages against a world class talent like Floyd two years off or not. Its not like Floyd let himself go either, he stayed in good shape during that time off.
