So is Carl Froch, Andre Ward's Manditory fight next or not?

Froch will have trouble with Bute who was quite impressive in his last fight, I think Ward would either win by KO in the late rd's or win a huge UD over Froch.
A more interesting fight would be Ward vs Bute

Froch will no doubt duck Ward.

He is yet to show any signs of 'ducking' anybody. You could hardly blame him if he took Bute or Kessler first, if he could get them; both are bigger money fights against opponents who can hardly be described as an easy option. He'll want Kessler (although Bute seems more likely) as Froch v. Kessler would be massive in either the UK or Denmark.

Froch, by KO/TKO. The guy just finds a way to win. Someone will beat him, and it just might be Ward, but as Ward has yet to fight anybody at the highest level, so some of the assessments here seem premature to me.

I thought it was Ward who didn't want this fight and going after the WBO strap. That shows you how confident his handlers are in his ability.

Give Froch a break, fact is what he's achieved in the past year is a damn sight more than most people here have achieved in their lifetimes. Yeah he's like a broken record sometimes when he bitches on about Calzaghe but in the ring he does the business, and recently against some damn good fighters.
