Well said, I could not see why they would sign Money. He would ask too much money compared to what he offers, Pac has a good personality and is a better potential role model for kids and he is an icon already in the Philippines.

FLoyd was actually going to sign with Team Jordan. If you can remember his first fight at 47 against Mitchell, he and his team had on ALL Jordan apparel. Team Jordan even had their logo on the promotion poster..



After the Mitchell fight he was even quoted as saying, "“I want to thank God, Michael Jordan and Nike.”

However, after he fought against Baldo and "retired", he turned down the offer.

Floyd had a deal in place before the Sharmba Mitchell fight with Jordan Brand. That's why it was in Portland and thats why Nike Jordan Brand sponsored the fight. They had something worked out and Floyd wore Jordan for the fight. Nothing came of it and Floyd said he didn't take the deal because he was planning to retire and didn't want to take the money. I don't really believe that because he still had a few fights after and they probably didn't give him the money he wanted. He wore pretty much Adidas after that. I don't know if theres been anything talked about recently.

Floyd sponsors Jordan brand for his fights, he wears Jordan trunks and shoes. I heard him and Jordan are having talks about something, idk what but I know Jordan+Mayweather=$$$
