How can a fighter be in the dark about his next fight, to me that is crazy. Maybe you do not know the exact guy but should have the short list handy. Nonito needs to get on top of that stuff once he gets off his vacation.

He can and actually happens quite often in boxing. A fighter's job is to be on top of his game and be ready 4 any and all challenges. A fighter may get informed by his trainer of his upcoming fight against an opponent he has no prior knowledge of.....until receiving news that he is his upcoming opponent.

I guess, but even if I had no say over my career I would not want to be in the dark about what is going on with my career (what possible fights are getting looked at). He should atleast be in the loop, is all I am saying.

True. I'm sure he has a vague idea of what's going on. But i think what the article is referring to is the odd decision to move his bout and change his opponent....which it seems donaire isnt really bothered by.

nonito knows that he is supposed to fyt carita lopez.
what he doesn't know exactly is what's happening with that lopez deal.
and said he's been hearing that lopez will be fyting aj banal instead.
best thing is for nonito to talk to dunkan and arum, asap.

Cochulito couldn't make 115 anymore. He's fighting Eric Morel at bantam...

Nonito is the truth. Darchi knows he'll become a two-time knockout victim of the year if he ever finds his balls to tangle with this ruthless pinoy again. Donaire's threads need to get a lot more replies than this. Pacquiao is not gonna be in the game forever. His inability to get quality fighters to fight him is not his fault. Montiel had his chance and he passed it up. Not being able to make weight is just an excuse. I know Xcaret is gonna take offense to that but he knows I'm one of the true Marquez Cartel familia members. Ronnie Nathaniels is a ****in joke though, I'll admit.
