Damn, I didn't know how much the general public hated Mike Tyson

Just reading comments on ESPN and other various message boards online and there are actually people that are happy his daughter got hurt because of what Tyson has done in the past.

Now I never thought that Tyson was looked up to like Gandhi or anything, but I didn't think people had such hate for him when they were buying his fights in millions.

When did it really change with Mike in the public eye, was it the ****, Holyfield ear bite, or just everything over the span of time?

Its probably mostly down to the **** because,lets face it,no-one likes a sex case.
That said though,I have a young daughter myself and my heart really goes out to him.
He cant change his past and you hope that your children are the future,your future,and to lose his daughter at such a young age is just the worst thing that could happen to anyone.

Cats have been turnin on Mike ever since the ear bite. That and some other **** he's done is flat out wrong, but wishin harm on a man's child is foul and pathetic.

Interesting you should say people mainly turned on Mike after the ear-biting incident (which he should have been banned for life for, IMO, and would have been had he not been the biggest cash cow in the history of the sport) but not the prior jail sentence for ****. I know which disgusts me more.

Half the people don't understand this and think that Tyson just randomly bit Holyfield's ear. Holyfield was a dirty bastard in both fights and knew what to do to frustrate Tyson. He complained to the ref, but the ref did **** all.

No excuses here Holyfield beat Mike the first time right? I can and will say this I love B Hop but he fights dirty on the inside. Anyone who says no is just plain ******. He throws the lead right hand and then follws it up with his head. He grapples and makes fights ugly. If the reff is going to allo wit then I guess you have to blame the reff right? Holyfield is a hell of a dirty fighter constantly leading in with his head. At the time when Mike fought Evander everyone had Evander held up on a higher plain then mike. I mean mike was the villian here. There is that 4 year old mentality that some people never out grow and it tends to sell fights. Right the Villian and the hero. Well if Mike was the Vllian then I guess Evander was the hero right? Well the hero can do no wrong if i remember correctly. So the hero used his head and other rough house tatics to his adavantage and when the villian complained well no one listened. Shock right? The hero called the villain a rapist prior to the fight and the public had this idea in it's mind of how it preceived Tyson and well Tyosn well he went along with the role I guess. After the villian pled his case to the reff and the corner well eventually he lost his cool and bit off the hero's ear. SHOCK!!!!! The hero was such a good guy that if he really thought the villain to be this piece of garbage this rapist then why fight him in the first place? Oh yeah the hero needed money right........The hero is so good and so sacred so godly such a loving Christian that he needed money more than he hated the villan so he fought him. Thus not only putting money in his pocket but also lining the villiams pockets with cash. Never mind the rough house tatics and the head butts cause it is what it is think of this the hero is good that he wanted to fight him a third time even after the villain bit off his ear.....Lefty
