Mayweather C+/B- (Good resume, better than Calzaghe's and Hattons but could still be better, if he beat/fought JMM, Pacquiao, Mosley and/or Cotto it would be just as good as anyone could of asked from him really).
Hopkins B+ (Great resume, fought the best and has some massive names on his resume, I could possibly go on and lean towards rating in an A-).
Shane Mosley B- (Good resume, fought some big names... his resume is kinda underrated I think because not so many people realize the amount of big name he has on it).
Joe Calzaghe C (Good resume, he has some pretty good names on his resume, I could of probably rated it a C+ because of him beating Jones and Hopkins).
Ricky Hatton C (Has a pretty good resume, he may have lost his 2 biggest wins but despite losing he has 2 of the biggest names you could possibly have on your resume being Mayweather and Pacquiao).
Manny Pacquiao B+ (Amazing resume, got loads of great names on there... I could easily go on to rate his resume an A-, very easily).
He isn't my favorite fighter but still thought I would put him here;
Oscar De La Hoya A (Fought the best, got every name he possibly could on his resume... win lose or draw he has fought the best out there due to his PPV attraction. Some people could probably go on and rate his resume an A+, but I thought A was fair).
Cotto B-, Torres,Bailley,Corley,Malignaggi,Quintana,Judah,Mo sley, Plaster man
DLH A+(For me one of the top 3 best resume of all time),Hernadez,Paez,JCC x2,Ruelas,Gonzales,Camacho,Whitaker,Quartey,Trinid ad,Molsey x2, Vargas, Campas, Castillejo, Sturm, b-Hop, FLoyd, pacquiao
Hold on a ****ing second. By resume do you guys mean who the fighters have fought, or who the fighters have fought and beaten, because I see people rating ODLH over fighters like Hopkins and Pacquiao resume wise, when the latter have fought the best and beat the best, while DLH has fought the best and lost to the best. If thats the case, then I am going to have to give George Chuvallo as well as other limited fighters that have fought a lot of all time greats and lost to them all A's and A+'s.

I meant by wins and all time. But people in here neglected to read the 1st post...
For example currently Oscar wins wise might be a A- or B...but all time he's probably a B-
