UFC will blow Mayweather/Marquez out of the water in terms of ppv buys, and rightfully so. Why? Because they cater to their fans. They give thier fans the fights that make sense, and fights that the fans want to see. There's no ducking, dodging, or cherrypicking in UFC.

What I hate is the local Wing House that plays all the boxing ppv's lets UFC run the show. The few times a UFC fight is on, regardless of how important the boxing PPV is, they show preference to the frat-boy UFC kids with their frosted, spyked hair*, affliction and tap-out shirts, and douche bag disregard for boxing. Really pisses me off.

*Apparently the word: S_PIKE is too close to a curse or racial slur for me to say it. I didn't know that.

If UFC is bringing in more money than boxing, how can u blame them? If u owned a bar, you'll cater to whatever brings in the $$$ as well.

Hey, I get their reasons for it- but it's unfortunate that every single time there's a boxing PPV fans buy their food, stuff their pockets, and support the sport often. This happens every month or two with the schedule of HBO PPV's. The three times a year UFC douches show up in droves, all the loyal, 'I'm here all the time' boxing fans get shoved into a broom closet to watch the fight on a seven inch portable black and white television practically.

I'm a fan of both but i won't buy either, for me just seeing Lesnar defending a belt hurts the credibility of this show, GSP vs Alves should be a good one though.
i Will watch it on the internet. For the Marquez i will watch it in my favourite Mexican restaurant.

To answer your question, it depends on if Mexican fans buy pay-per-views. If not, i don't think Floyd will do better than him vs Baldomir.
Lesnar is the idol of a lot of WWE fans, so UFC 100 will do better.

Most likely UFC 100, but JMM vs Floyd will still do very well considering it is a comeback fight...

                  Jon Fitch vs. Paulo Thiago
                  Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Alan Belcher

...in other words a stacked card.

                  My prediction:
                  UFC100 - 1.2 million buys
                  JMM-FMJ - 525k buys
not a very interesting card, imo.
only fight Im really interested in is Henderson vs Bisping, because I like Henderson.

all the rest are just meh.

I want to know what is so "stacked" about the UFC® 100 card. It seems to me that TUF®-era fans don't know what stacked is. Or what it means. Or have ever seen a Grand Prix before in their lives. Or realise that UFC® has ****ty crapfests like Hughes/Serra as Fight of the Night [SEE UFC® 98], when Bellator and DREAM and every other org to include ZUFFA, LLC. -owned WEC® regularly has better fights on their cards. Maybe because Dana and Goldy says it is "stacked", it must be stacked. Or maybe because Brock Lesnar is fighting. I didn't realise that Brock Lesnar is the Messiah and Jesus and Zeus all in one. I didn't realise he was remotely relevant in any imaginable way to the sport.

The card isn't stacked. The event will be a ****fest.

I hear ya, especially for such a landmark event, UFC 100. They could've done better IMO.
