Why is that? He's done fought the best welterweights in the world and has beaten all of them, except Margreto. Which if you go by popular speculation that Margreto was cheating, and the possibility is there, then Margreto had and unfair advantage during fight night. Which in my book taints that win over Cotto. Floyd has never fought the best WW in my opinion. Zab Judah and Carlos Baldomir both went the distance with him, and they weren't the best WW in that time period. I believe it was Antonio Margreto, Paul the punisher Williams, Miguel Cotto, and Cintron. Which I know for fact he wanted no part of Margreto becuase he was offerd 8 million to take that fight and he rejected it. Even if Cotto where to call him out I don't think he'd be to fast to pull the trigger in getting a fight with him. Case and point Sugar Shane called him out and he ducked him to fight JMM a LW.
