What must Clottey do to overcome Cotto in June?

Both of these fighters have their work cut out for them. So what must Clottey do to ensure he leaves the Garden with a W next to his name come the 13th of June.

Keeping a higher workrate than he usually does. I think that's the whole key to the fight. Whoever dictates the pace wins the decision. If Clottey can pressure him BEHIND punches, not just come forward behind his guard, I think he'll make Cotto really uncomfortable. If he isn't able to throw enough, Cotto will keep a steady pace throwing 50-60 punches around, and out work him to a decision.

clottey needs to be more aggresive while keeping his defense tight. like when he fought judah.

Clottey needs to be something he isnt.

Because they way he usually fights, it does seem he can beat Cotto, he can be tough but not beat him

Pressure him, follow him around with his guard up, throw hooks, and uppercuts while inside. Cotto will eventually fold, he's not good under pressure.

Yup, you hit the nail on the head. Clottey is too defensive and doesn't throw enough. This will only help Miguel win rounds and take a UD.

Clottey's chance is to get in his grill and stay inside. And work Cotto to death.

                Cotto will outbox him otherwise.

It will take a very focused Clottey to win this one, something he hasn't always shown, especially in the late rounds.

After watching some of Clotteys fights including the Margarito one, he doesnt look like he can beat Cotto.

Unless all of the sudden he turns to be another fighter he wont beat Cotto!!!!!!!
