It ain't the color of the skin that makes the fighter great, its about TIMING, speed with Timing, a great punch comes from timing with the whole body, ability , meaning skills, taking a punch, some have a glass jaw, GAME : will stay in the trenches and fight to win not fight to survive.

Pacman is the Mang , the whole package, I thought Mayweather would be but he is acting like a coward, a CUR who won't fight guys his size, like Mosley.

Win or lose NO ONE will ever be able to tag Pac with the sign that says he wouldn't fight all comers , or the big boys, all he has ever done is fight bigger people.

Boxing is an art,there are many people who appreciate the finer things in life,the general ringmanship,the movement,the flair.The only reason many blacks are not as much ppv is because boxing is not about ability anymore,it is about race.The Mexicans will back Mexicans,the Puerto Rican will back the Puerto Rican.People dont even back a New Yorker who is fighting in New York unless he is of the same colour.People will back a Puerto Rican in New York because of his skin.Only in England are people more open to other races.

You only need to check how blacks have a more rounded style of fighting,from Mayweather to Judah,Hopkins to Dawson,Mosley to Guzman,these guys have a style ,they use vectors and are precision punchers.It is this style that Manny is avoiding.

I take nothing away from Pacquiao's victories and accomplishments.Right now he is the man to beat. But the truth is the truth and facts are facts.Name one top ten black fighter that Paquiao has beaten.No, let me change that.Name one black fighter that Pacquiao has been in the ring with in the last six years.The answer is...NONE!The question to the thread is, "Has Pacquiao avoided fighting african americans?"The answer is"YES HE HAS!" Styles make fights.His style is only effective against guys who stand right in front of him and come after him.Then, he can use his athletic ability and hand and foot speed to get in and out.He had problems with Marquez and Morales because they equal him in those areas.Black boxers are taught to fight,but many are born athletes.Hand and foot speed comes natural to them.That's why a legend like Eric Morales shined against other mexicans greats but lost easily to an average black fighter.This would be the same result if or when Pacquiao faces a top ten black fighter.His trainer and manager knows it and Bob Arum knows it.That's why it hasn't taken place.If he faces Mayweather,it will be a hell of a fight and close.But PFM still gets the victory.And there's no shame in losing to him.But the truth is, Pacquiao loses to even lesser black fighters.I think Tim Bradley beats him.They damn near have the same exact style.I see Mosley knocking him out.And I see Zab giving him fits with the hand speed and southpaw style.(Southpaws are not used to fighting other southpaws.) you forgot their best HOPKINS,MOSLEY,WARD,BERTO,WILLIAMS-all need to hit and hold to compete.Hit ,then hold then decide to let go hit again then hold ALL fight.Mosley did it to Margo,Hopkins does it to everyone,Berto FORBES,COLLAZO-from now on,Williams did it MArgo and Winky WARD did it to MIranda.If we want to get real blacks genetically are NOT GIFTED with good chins,therefore RARELY can they go toe to toe,they heed to MASTER the art of hitting and not getting hit(holding= cheating) to compete.

Pac has no defense and is subject to the counter punch. He is pure
speed and aggression while Floyd is a patient thinker and picks his
shots and can fight offensive and defensively EQUALLY and has
great speed. Pacquiao is most def very exciting but going in for the
kill can get you KO'd against the wrong guy. Pacquiao is very good
but technical and fundementally, he is not better than Floyd.

I don't call ppl like you fight fans. I call them ignorant. It's not about african american fighters, it's that Manny is afraid of fighting black fighters. Yes Casamayor is considered a black cuban, Guzman a black dominican. Why would they say that Pavlik is black when he fights like a mummy and has no footwork.
