WBA supermiddleweight champion Mikkel Kessler today in sporten.dk assesses the premier opposition in his division:
Carl Froch: My dream opponent. Froch is the biggest name in Britain right now and also has a name in the states after he beat Jermain Taylor. It would be a huge euro-fight. Froch is slow, open and easy to hit. But he is also strong and a real fighter who keeps moving forward. We have 2 diffrent styles that should make for an entertaining fight.
Lucian Bute: This could be a superfight as well. But the question is if his got the guts to meet me?
Jermain Taylor: He fights real neat and could be an exiting opponent and he still has name recognition in the US.
Andre Direll: Full speed ahead. This guy is moving up the rankings. He keeps changing his position from orthodox to southpaw which gives his opponents trouble. It would be exiting to meet him in the states.
Andre Ward: Olympic gold in 2004. Ward is ackward bobbing and weaving. I don't fear him and he's a dull fighter.
