i started a thread about this like 1 month ago. If marg couldnt KO clottey, when clotteys knuckle was badly bruised, then why do people act like cotto will beat clottey easily.

i agree with you except marg didnt tee off on clottey. go watch that fight again, clottey was landing the bigger, cleaner blows. marg just threw a mill more punches and landed very few of them never hurting clottey. it looked like marg was doing work but his punch output is what gave him the decision.

what i meant by teeing off. was the record number of punches thrown by Margs in that fight..

I still think, in my opinion, that Margs still would have won that fight even if Clottey had a healthy hand that night, because Margs was stepping up the pressure and I don't think Clottey would have kept up.

Clottey was landing bombs that were connecting, but I think Margs output would have given him the decision.. Clottey just doesn't throw enough when he needs to.. not just this fight, but others as well..
