Klitschko has a tendency to use a cautious offense. To work off his jab, not even double it up, not to throw as many hooks or use it as a launching pad for his offense, for many of the first few rounds. In addition to this, he has a questionable chin- which he is perhaps protecting with his steady, methodical early pace (instead of throwing in all the effort he could), and this isn't necessarily a good thing against Haye.
Two things we expect David Haye to have; speed and power. Perhaps he himself may not have the best chin, or the size to deal with Wladimir, but if he can land a bomb early- well, he definitely has a chance.
The question for me is if he can find a way to break Klitchko's methodical early offensive game plan and make him fight. If he makes it a rough battle, a brawl even, Haye has a real chance. I'm not sure he'll be able to do anything but eat jabs and maybe get put away late.
The best thing about ANY Wlad fight.. is the fact that one punch at ANY moment can turn things.. This might no longer actually be true.. BUT it still hangs over his fights..
SO you can never say his opponents have no chance..
Haye I give about a 25% chance.. WHY? because Haye is fragile too.. And I know for a fact he has never been hit like Klit can hit..
And like Mike Tyson once said.. "Everybody has a plan 'till they get hit"
And so many guys find out their plan won't work once they eat a few jabs every time they try to advance..
