It's true HBO asked Cotto about Mayweather for years before and Cotto never said ****.

The thing people are doing is saying things and not taking everything into historical context.

When Mosley fought Estrada he didn't have a good fight and was asked but declined Mosley and Margarito back then. Margarito was calling out Floyd non-stop as well.
