No. He's not- but Freddie Roach just told Brian Kenny on FnF that Pacquiao is walking around at 150-152.
Thoughts?

not surprising. been like like that since his 130lb days. thats why hes able to transition to the higher weights so easily.(among other things)
when hes actually in the best shape, he weighs less.

And my thoughts are, for a Jr WW, 150-152 ain't bad, I've seen alot worst. Guzman/ Hatton

Yeah, but neither of those guys even reached the elite level of guys that walk around near their fighting weight, no?

Yes, not trying to say who is bigger out of the 2. Just letting people know, that size difference between the 2 is little,
