Keep him in New York/East side, and yes he will be a big draw. 12k is a lot because he is doing it by himself, Clottey can't draw flies. This is the least Cotto can do when it's in the eve of PR parade and home to a large population of Puerto Ricans, with tickets at 50 bucks.
