Of course he isn't to Mayweather fan standards.

But for everyone else who isn't a ******.

Do you consider Cotto a draw now?

I always have, but has this changed anything for people who didn't?

Yep, he's one of the bigger names in the sport.

People, mainly Floyd huggers, fail to realize there are only a very small handful of "big names" in the sport that can get over 300,000 PPV's and sell out venues. Very, very few names. And Cotto is definitely one of them.

Cotto could always draw to MSG though, I never knew anybody really thought differently. In a different place it may be a different story but New York (or anyplace even near it like Atlantic City) he can pull fans.

He was a draw before this. He have the record attendance at MSG, he had over 21K for his fight with Judah, and MSG only had 18K seats, they had to expand the place just for the fight!!!!!!!!

The only ones who fails to reconize Cotto is a draw are *****s, because they need a excuses for why Floyd doesnt fight him!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Cotto could sell out in any major city at this point.

          Puerto Ricans are all over.

          They support him.

He is our current Tito Trinidad so they will always be interested in his fights.

I don't know about that, New York has the highest level of Puerto Ricans of any US city. I am sure he would do ok but in someplace away from New York I think who he is fighting plays a large role in how well he sells.

In New York or around it can not even be disputed though (and lets not forget that is an important TV market).

He is a draw, but I only think that he is only in the NY and other parts of the east coast. I don't see him doing that on the western/mid part of the U.S.
