Even though I ain't the biggest Floyd fan, I'm glad he got a great reaction, kinda neat seeing him mobbed. Whatever you say about him, he is one of the best boxers of his generation.

I quite like the idea of a modern-day boxer being appreciated like that, especially in a country he has no link to. Anything that raises the profile of boxing and boxers in fine by me. It might be a bit optimistic to say boxing is enjoying a renaissance right now, but the combination of Pac's win and Floyd's return has definitely stirred things up, and not just in the hardcore boxing cirlces.
