Before I went to bed last night, I was pondering whether a Zab Judah win over Matthew Hatton might setup a future bout with brother Ricky Hatton. I’ve never seen Matt fight but Judah is seen as a huge step up for the lad. So basically, I don’t know how to call this fight. Anyways, my point is, if Judah beats Matthew in a convincing manner (via KO/TKO) does this potentially set up a fight with Ricky? And if so, what’s your prediction for this fight’s outcome? And do you guys like this matchup?..
Does a Judah win over Matt setup a fight w/Ricky?

If I was Judah I would be gunning for the big KO. I think Ricky would feel obligated to avenge his brother's loss and a fight with Hatton in the U.K. would earn him alot of $$$....Comment

I do not know what it sets up Judah for exactly, he has not beat anyone of any quality in quite a while (Cosme Rivera? LOL) so it has to advance his career a little if he wins, not probably enough to get Hatton though.
I feel that Zab is kind of being groomed to fight Berto, he needs to beat Hatton well and possibly get another decent win to set it up, and to be seen as semi-legit.Comment

The fight is a very intriguing one, and it would be huge in the UK. I think it's a great fight for Ricky only if it takes place on his home turf. He could fight a comeback opponent in the interim, maybe September, and then they could fight on HBO WCB next January. I like the idea, frankly.Comment

In boxing you are always 1 win away from getting your career back on track (atleast if the win comes against the right man).Comment
