does anyone follow the pattern? every time floyd is in a lose-lose situation, hes a favourite in all his fights, and the fans have a lot of excuses post fight, pre-fight they hype the fighters up and pick them to beat floyd, but after that in post-fight they make excuses for every single fighter not realising this can be done for any fighter.
I made a post JUST like this one too. No matter WHO he fights the Haters will be pissed and hate. Its a fact. NO matter who someone will pick it apart. lol

I think if I was ODLH or had the power money I would make a show to where THE FANS get a list of names for a particular fighter and based on a legit voting system that fighter would fight who the fans vote for! I bet it would settle some arguments on why the fighter fought a particular fighter.... lol Yet Mayweather would still get ****... lol

        That would be so cool.

        Whats the f.ucking problem?
And he weighed 147 against Oscar and looked quite impressive.

There's no problem. They just don't want Manny to lose this early in his career.

I can't speak for everyone but I would personally give Floyd credit for beating any real WW in the top 5. Including, Shane, PWill, Cotto (provided he beats Clottey), Clottey (provided he beats Cotto) , Collazo, Berto. Notice they are true contenders in his weight class. I would also give Floyd props for getting down to 140 to fight PacMan or even Tim Bradley as a tune up. Catchweight are a bunch of BS, there is a reason for having weight classes and catch weights are a way to create an unfair advantage.

I dispise mayweather, but still give him his props for picking Marquez as his first fight back in almost two years. Marquez may be at a disadvantage because of weight, but he is still a very dangerous fighter because of his heart and warrior mentality. I wouldn't be surprised if he gave Mayweather the toughest fight of his career.

True but I dont think Pac has any bizz fighting guys that big and wanting them to come down to him or (like Mayweather) having guys move up...

Fighters should come to a fight 100%. Catchweights can cause this not to happen. ODLH knows this first hand. The ODLH that fought Mayweather would have looked A LOT different VS Pac.......

Pac VS JMM III and PBF VS Mosley/Cotto needs to happen sometime this year or early next year!

over all though I'm happy. Pac is doing great, Mayweather is back, Dawson might fight Johnson (I wish it was HOP or Calzaghe), Jones is fighting again..., Haye is bringing back the HW's all he needs to do is win... lol, and I could keep going. Boxing is looking good for the second half of 09! If your into UFC, they are pulling some good fights too...

According to himself he says he'd fight anyone. In this interview he says he'll go for Pavlik after he beats JMM:
