Mayweather is full of crap. He went into retirement after DLH fight at a time when people were clamoring for a Cotto-Mayweather fight. If he wanted to fight him so bad, he should have done it then. Same goes for Mosely, whom he's also been avoiding for years. Mosely tried to get a Mayweather bout after his Margarito beatdown and Floyd wanted no part of it. He must be waiting until Mosely is old and using a walker before he'll actually fight him.

Those are the facts. You can argue that all those fights may not go through, but you can't argue that at the very least The List is an indication that PBF wants to fight these guys.

What leads to a higher probability of the fight being made: 1. Mayweather says nothing about those fighters or 2. Mayweather produces a list of fighters he is allegedly targeting?
