Williams is huge, but at 147, he'll be weight drained. Mayweather will take advantage of that and give him even more lateral movement than Quintana did. At 147, constant lateral movement like he gave Corrales (R.I.P., who was only 1 inch smaller than Williams) to reduce punch output and pot shotting to score points. Fould would win a decision, too bad this fight will never happen.

I could see it going either way really, it would be an interesting clash of styles. Williams is a big long man that is left hand and can fight in a couple different ways.

If Williams can really apply his size advantage (which he does not always do even if he can) he has a very good shot. If Paul gives up his height and fights inside like he likes to do I think Mayweather straight right hand will always land on him (think Mosley-Margarito although except with less power with more speed and accuracy) I do not know if Williams can overcome Mayweather's right hand (he seems to get cut up a lot) but if Mayweather right hand is ineffective I do not know how Floyd would win (I think the left hook and uppercut would be alright but he needs the straight right against Williams).

when he was on his "A" game imo.
floyd is fighting for money now. lets see if that changes his game.

I can't imagine anybody at 147, 154, or 160 beating Williams right now, except Abraham would have a chance because of his one-punch power.

I would pick Floyd to win a UD over Williams.

His lateral movement, counter shots and defense will give Williams fits.

If paul is able to fight tall and keep his distance against any fighter including floyd then Paul cant lose.

Williams has trouble with guys that can give him angles and time him it'd be a mismatch of epic proportions....

                  Floyd by a wide UD

Floyd 10-2 or 11-1. If Quintana can counter punch the **** out of Paul Williams, then you can bet your ass that one of the best fighter to have evr lived will do the same.

Haters feast your eyes on Mayweather vs. 6'2" Tony Pep, his last non-championship fight.
