Any fighter that has never been knocked out or down in 30+ fights against world class opponents, should be rated a 10 chin until KO'd or KD'd. Mosley has been Knocked down and that's why he is arguably a 8-8.5(lately i'd give it a 9.5) Guys like P-Will, Clottey, Trinidad(you can forgive his KD at 170 because of obvious reasons) De La Hoya, and several others are/were arguably a 10 imo.

You cant say someone has a good chin because they have never been knocked down though, they just have a very good defense. A fighter has a great chin when he gets hit with big shots and can keep coming forward
