Floyd always trumps Kenny because he was still talkin about PBF after the interview was over. "what does he have against me". He should never interview allstar athletes. ESPN has got to do better. Cosell would never let someone son him like that. Even Mayhaters could see that he made Lil kenny answer the questions.

I can't vote in your poll. Reason being, I feel as if Floyd had many valid points, and I overall side with him over a smug Brian Kenny- but I also agree he's #3 pound for pound right now. I won't ignore the accomplishments of Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez.

I find it funny that Brian Kenny was allowed to be so combatitive with Floyd. I mean, some people say he was just making Floyd answer the 'tough' questions, almost like being an investigative reporter; it wasn't meant to be that type of interview, though. It was just a pre-fight hype circuit talk to increase the interest in Marquez-Mayweather.

If Tom Brady has a monster season this year, is considered the best quarterback on the planet, and then for whatever reason switches teams- it's likely he'd go to the top bidder. Nobody would, in an interview, aggresivley ask Brady why he didn't go to the worst team in the NFL that would be the best challenge instead of chasing the biggest contract. Other athletes- from Lebron James to Peyton Manning- are given respect when they attain a certain level.

Yes, I understand Floyd has an attitude that encouraged people to debate his achievements; especially with his constant aserations of his status, but our arguably most famous boxer, an undefeated athlete at the pinnacle of his sport, was just spoken to and interviewed in a way no other sport's poster boy would be. I thought Brian Kenny was smug and, once he got the ignorant Floyd riled up, instead of backing off found it amusing and did a little verbal dance with him; that's not what'd you'd see if it were any of the more mainstream sport's top dogs.

Who is pound for pound best currently? Not Floyd- not after his retirement. Who won the little argument? Well, to me, it's a shame that our sport is being tarnished not just because Floyd Mayweather has a temper and a bit of immaturity, but because ESPN - the largest sports network- feels its alright to give a reporter free reign in the way he approaches an interview.

I'm not asking us to hold Floyd's hand - but nobody is a smug prick at ESPN to Terrel Owens if he doesn't make good on his touchdown promises- not in a face to face interview. They don't tell Lebron he needs to step up his game in the playoffs if he wants to be considered amazing. The other athletes get more respect.

I'm sure nobody will agree...but I feel as if Brian Kenny was also a bit out of line. When I saw the full interview on ESPN- the 13 minute one- it's very hard for me to defend some of how Floyd reacted and said, I'm not going to try, but I also think if boxing were more popular than it currently is, Kenny would have to watch his tongue a bit.

              "Has anybody beat me?"

"No Floyd. Nobody has beat you..yet."

              Very classy Brian Kenny.

"why did you come back Floyd"

"Because I wanted to steal some more money"

                    classic Floyd.

And when did Floyd ever make 200 million in 18 months? And if he did, why does he still owe the IRS like 7 million?
