    No he didn't. It was mentioned several times that he weighed 148 in the ring. Oscar was 160+

      Its an old dead issue at this point but still there is no reason to make stuff up out of the Blue. Mayweather never weighed in at 154 lbs ever.

        it really doesn't matter. everyone knows dlj ducked COTTO and MARGARITO, (not to mention WINKY, and VERNON) picked on a smaller PBF, got picked apart and embarrested, then challenged an even smaller fighter in MANNY PAC, and got beat down and made to QUIT, in front of millions of PPV buys!!!
