How Big Do You Think Floyd Is Right Now At WW?

This is not a homer thread or anything and I dont want anyone to respond that way on either side. I really want to know what people think. My question is lets say that Floyd want fighting JMM. Lets say that he was fighting Mosley or Cotto right now at WW. What weight do you think he would come into the ring at? In every fight I think he has been between 146-148. One thing I hoped was that the Oscar fight would help him since he had to gain a couple of pounds and then he may be bigger in the future. I dont think they showed the weights for the Hatton fight, right? However, alot of people think he looked different in that fight. They still didnt think he was a natural WW but they felt that he had filled out some and may be growing into the weight more. I was 50/50. When I 1st saw him against Hatton I thought he looked a little bigger but then I watched some of his other fights and some other WW's and started coming away thinking that he looks pretty much the same.

Fast forward to his comeback. Alot of people have seen a bunch of differnt picks of him and think that his arms and stuff look bigger and that he looks like a full blown WW. Some pics do look like that but I always end up saying not to be fooled by some pics because it could just be the angle and he's dark skin & cut so he's going to look ripped. Then I see him on other pics and he still looks like the same guy. He looks like a 148 pound guy. When he made the AT&T commercial everyone talked about how ripped he looked but if you look at his body, he looked like he was 140 pounds in the darn commercial. Then like I said, some pics of him with the car he looks big at certain angles but when you see him from a regular view he still looks small. Then in the JMM presser he looks big on certain angles but in the full view he always looks small. He looks barely bigger then JMM from those pics today. He didnt even look bigger, but only taller. Again, this can be debated all day and there are a million threads about it so I dont want to get into that.

I want to know what you honestly feel that he would weigh inside the ring right now in a WW fight if it was against Cotto or Mosley. I made the thread the other day talking about how I hoped he could get to 155 but after I saw those pics today, I still think he will be 148 pounds again and will be shocked if he comes in over 150. For his sake I hope he can atleast get to 152 one day soon but right now he certainly doesnt look like it. Again, I dont want this to be a thread where people say that even if he is 148 then he is still a full blown WW that can fight the WW's and everyone argue about it. I just want to know what you seriously think he would weigh inside the ring right now at WW against a real WW. Will he still be the same guy or has he filled out alot like others think. To me, he still looks like the little guy who doesnt belong anywhere near WW but has the skills to get away with it

I dont think it really matters. He was The Ring WW champion and WBC Weltwerweight champion. Those titles basically mean he should be able to take on any WW of any size since they indicated (and himself said many times) that he was the best WW when active.

When it all comes down to it, if Floyd doesn't want to fight a legitimate WW, then he should ask for fighters to fight him AT the WW limit.

My bad man, I put 154 twice. Is there anyway to edit a poll?

Mayweather is probably around 145 right now.

He comes into WW fights at 147-148 and thats with training a.k.a gaining muscle mass. So, I think he is probably 145 or 146. Somewhere around there.

Because he obviously doesn't cut weight.... Weighs in 147 and comes to fight 148.

between 147-150. floyd unlike others is a more natural welter. other welters come in the ring closer to 160. if we still had same day weigh-in alot of these welters would probley move to 154 or 160. i wish they would bring back the same day weigh-in so people would hav to fight at there natural weight instead of sweatin down then comin in the ring 10-15 pounds heavier
