Should I be called a Hater

for calling someone who thinks Manny is top 5 ATG, a hugger?

I was called a Pac Hater at work for disagreeing with a Manny fan, whose never watched boxing until Manny came along. He didn't even know who Flash Elorde was.

I love Manny Pacquiao, he is the best fighter today. A combination of speed, power, charisma and excitement. A true warrior and he deserves all the respect, money and fame he is getting today. He is one of the best fighters to ever laced them up.

But c'mon. Top 5? Someone even suggested G.O.A.T, while the guys in the 30's, 40's and 50's who are in the top 10 ATG list, were fighting every week against tough guys, some ATGs, in an eight division, one belt sport. C'mon!

Forgive me if I call you a hugger, but Manny is not better than Sugar Ray Robinson, Henry Armstrong, Muhammad Ali, Roberto Duran, Mickey Walker, Harry Greb, Stanley Ketchel and so on.

Manny is great, but not top 5 ATG.

Even that's a bit high for me. Maybe if he beats Cotto or Shane at 147. Possibly. And I will pull for Manny if ever these fights happen.
