Paul Williams isn't necessarily the scariest fighter in Boxing today. Chad Dawson would beat Williams in an a halfway decent fight.

Also consider the fact that Williams isnt very elusive either and gets hit thoroughly in his fights. I'm not sold on the fact that he can take a punch from either Abraham or Pavlik and walks through them with no problem.

williams would get eaten up against the Dirrell brothers and Ward. but for everybody else in those weight classes, I will agree with that statement.
