Wrong. PBF's hand speed is an illusion. He times everything perfectly so his hand speed "appears" faster.

Pacquiao's hands are undoubtly faster. Thats why I compare him to Zab all the time.

They are about the same IMO. Manny looks a bit faster because he's moving at the same time. I think the one with the AT and T commercial shows Mayweather a bit faster.

This is why this fight has to take place.

PACQUIAO no doubt. everyone in boxing knows that. handspeedwise, you cant compare pacs speed to fraud. fraud is not even close. compare him to valero
