    Who Is The Best Conditioning Coach?

    head coaches gets more of the recognition for the strategy they put in their fighters but who do u guys think is the best at improving our favorite fighters strength, speed and stamina?

    Mickey Shilstone????? Built the heavyweight version of Roy Jones Jr. and the Light Heavyweight version of Bernard Hopkins.

      i know anne wolfe is a head coach too but there's an interview on how she conditions her fighter i can't find it though.

              That is boxer conditioning. Just because no big name boxer goes there doesn't mean its not boxer material.

              Those guys do killer stuff. What I see them do is way harsher than any other athletic sport guy do.

                Strength & Conditioning Coaches for boxing = Overrated

                I think fighters hire these coaches so training camp doesn't become monotonous. Don't get me wrong, there are definitely benefits in doing what they do, but, when that bell rings, the venue is rockin, how much of this strength & conditioning really factor in a fight?

                What's wrong with Rocky Balboa chasing the chicken and doin' one-armed push-ups. At the end of the day, it's who has the better timing, better sense of distance, and that never say die attitude that wins fights!

                You can hire Ariza, Shilstone and Schwarzenegger all at the same time, but if yo @ss can't fight, yo ass can't fight!
