I highly doubt a Professional like Cotto is pinning his hopes on winning a fight based on an Annual Parade.

You also have to realize Cotto is now watching tapes of Clottey which he never did with any previous fighter. That alone shows me he's trying to head in a new direction with his preparation.

The motivation of the parade though was funny, of course he would be thinking of that 1st instead of actually getting the opportunity at bigger marquee fights with a win over Clottey. I'm sure a parade takes precedence over that.
