i have never seen as big of a mismatch as this one:

Your gay. Have you heard of a heavyweight named Rocky Marciano? Size doesn't always matter. Sometimes skills can pay the bills.

What is your thoughts on Pacquiao vs Cotto? Biased as fuck huh?

Come fight night. As far as size and builds...Mayweather will have a handful of pounds and maybe an inch in height on Marquez. Don't try to make it more than it is...

Their difference in REACH, however, will be very noticeable and is a strong advantage point for Mayweather in this particular matchup.

Bottom line with ALL things considered. Yes. This is a mismatch. But make no mistake about it. Mayweather-Marquez will prove to be nowhere near the true mismatch Pacquiao-Hatton was...

Not thinking or talking about Mayweather-Hatton at all. But since you brought it up...

On The Mismatch Scale, I would say May-Hat and Pac-Hat register around the same as a "Huge Mismatch". The difference in those fights is Mayweather chose to carry and torture Hatton instead of taking him out quick. Both fighters clearly dominated Hatton.

Anyway. I'm basically saying Pac-Hat IS more of a mismatch than May-Marq. I knew that BEFORE May 2nd...and now, there's pretty much no chance in Hell that I can be proved wrong.

if i remember correctly floyd's excuse is that he had to hatton with pillows.

no way, jmm/pbf is a bigger mismatch than pac/hatton.

            - hatton was at his best weight class
            - jmm is jumping 2 division
            - jmm's best weight class is 130-126
            - floyd has advantages in every category

The only way you can gauge this is by witnessing performances and results.

And Marquez will be more competitive with Mayweather than Hatton was with Pacquiao. Sorry.

answer to these questions answers "who is the bigger man?" and related questions.
Got absolutely nothing to do with it , you are what you are at the time people vary over there life , is BHop a little man because he killed himself to make 160 30hrs earlier so he could balloon up to 175 and fight ,,, or is he 175 like today ,,, its all relative and its amazing the way weight is manipulated and you guys just dont see it .

Side note guys this would be the equivalent of Floyd moving up to fight a dominate middleweight. Yep that's fair alright.
Not really. Unless said Middleweight had found a home there after going from at least jr welter or welter. I think a better comparison would be Floyd vs vernon Forrest at jr middlebut Forrest has a little more size on Floyd than Floyd has on Marquez.

skill wise it's not a mismatch
