The only main reason I hate him is JUST when he gets well known in America he fights 2 great OLD fighters and just retires and ducks out of some of the best light weight fighters in the world like Chad Dawson and GLen Johnson.....if he faced those 2 and beat him, I would bow down and give him his respect BUT SCREW THAT he ducked the up and coming champ to face old guys!

Why? Protected? How can he be protected if he beat the best at 168 while he was their? That is like saying Klitschkos are protected yet they beat the best at their weight-division too...

Calzaghe did what any other champion would do fight the best opponents out their in his weight-class. Hell, he even went up in weight and challenged the best lhw Hopkins, and won in a dirty messy fight. And all people could talk about is, if a prime Hopkins this or a prime Roy that...
