if its just money.............i think everythings fine and dandy..............but legacy wise how can a win over a lightweight(as good as JMM is)help him in anyway?......................your thoughts?

Because Pacquiao is VERY respected and Mayweather wants to take the spotlight away from him. Mayweather is an attention whore

Money. He had some tax issues I hear...

It's always been money. Since day one it's been money. He thought his endorsements would continue on after he retired and they didn't. He isn't an ATG like Frazier or Ali or even Foreman. He's not going to get those life long endoresements until he solidifies himself more. That's where all his "greatest fighter in the world" crap comes from. Money.
