I have no problem if you feel Vitali should not be rated # 1 but when you mentioned Ruiz that's when the problem starts . . . are you serious?

Vitali is the best fighter in America right now, and I thing that Chagaev, Valuev,Maskaev are better then Rahman and Golota and some of the fighters I saw at the Garden, don't sleep on the russian fighters.

....If anything Vitali is underated. He has never been knocked down in his entire career or taken a standing eight count. He has never been behind on any scorecard after the third round of any fight. He was crushing Lennox when he got laced and Lennox still couldn't take him out even with his vision blurred by blood and pretty much fighting with one good eye. He has the highest knockout percentage of any heavyweight champ in years. He doesn't allow his fights to go to a decision, he just straight up knocks dudes out. He was whipping Lewis like nobody has before, and yeah I know he lost on the cuts. The point is that Lennox had been beaten by one punch knockouts before but never whipped in every phase like VItali was doing. Why do you think Lennox won't man up and give him a rematch. He was also easily outboxing the "I'm so slick Chris Byrd" until he couldn't continue because of a rotator cuff injury. The guy has literaly outboxed every single opponent he has ever faced. What does he have to do to get the proper respect. I suspect that in most of his detractors eyes there is nothing he can do. It will never be good enough. He will hold the title through about 12 defenses while unifying and knocking out all comers and he will still be overated in some peoples eyes and all of his wins will have excuses in their opinions. I just wish all of the numbnuts who talk **** about Vit would have the balls to actually put their money where their mouths are. They won't because they know that they are full of ****. Their comments are purely out of dislike for Vit or his fans. It has nothing to do with what they truly know inside.
