wouldn't that mean pac-hatton at 140 and hatton-pbf at 147 both had 10 ouncers used?
They changed it. Margarito and Cotto were wearing 8 ounce gloves for a WW fight. The limit is now 147. Anything above 147 has to be done with 10OZers.

The Funny thing is.. If Mayweather would have just started to let his hands fly right off the bat.. he would have KO'd Hatton in 2 rounds as well.. he is fast and accurate .. It's all you need against Hatton.. Mayweather is just so chicken .. that's why it took him 10 rounds..

well, floyd knows his gameplan and sticks too it. its not as flashy as pac's but it was effective in its own right considering floyd don't hit as hard as pac.

See I beg to differ.. Both Mayweather and Pac are not heavy handed.. I would rate their Power above average.. But not heavy.. their power is more from speed, accuracy and especially in Floyd's case ,timing..

I am saying at the same weight.. their power is about even..

So what I am really saying is.. if Floyd would have fought more aggressive VS Hatton.. he would have a similar result to Pac VS Hatton..

He stuck to his Plan.. but didn't need to.. I am 100% sure Mayweather would have KO'd Hatton whenever he felt like it..

How many hard, solid straight rights did Floyd connect on Hatton? I lost track after about 40. Especially after the 6th, when Ricky didn't even try to do his little stutter step when jumping in. Floyd could've gotten him out of there earlier, but not in the 2nd, and maybe not without the help of a ringpost.

Pac would give Floyd nightmares before the fight ever started and in the ring, the truth would be seen I feel regarding the "true" best in the sport.

                    Pacquiao is stronger than Mayweather.
