Floyd is a certified *****, period.

Wait , when Cotto-Pac gets made and you will see, FLoyd retiring, no way he will fight Mosley. And if he finds another decent payday to cherry pick on.

Then he will retire, no way, he will fight Cotto or Mosley!!!!!!!!!!

Because e has been out for 2 years?

Instead of fighting a complete and utter waste of time, he thought facing of facing JMM, then possibly Pac or Cotto? Maybe?

        Rodbarker,

I see what you're saying about weight, although im on the other side because i respect the tradition of the sport & it's weight class system. However, the difference here is that Floyd doesn't have to put in the extra work to sweat the extra few pounds off, & marquez sure can weight in whereever he likes, but that doesn't change the fact that he is a lightweight fighting someone 2 weight divisions bigger. Boxers drain to make weights to fight in a lower weight class. That's how it goes, that's what weighing in the day before a fight does. If you don't like that then switch to same day weigh in, but you cant fault fighters for looking for an edge. The same way mayweather is looking for ALL the edges.
First thing springs to mind if you diet properly you dont need to do extra work to make weight , its more about discipline of what goes in your mouth , by being very selective in your food and volume you will literately starve weight off that you could never exercise off , fat around you internal organs will harden with exercise adding a bout 1-3 pounds that will not be there with hard core diet thats just one element there are many , these guys all train like machines at this level so making weight is no different training wise , its more about what goes in your mouth , these are the worlds elite , you take them for granted .

Dont say you understand what Im saying about weight , and then say JMM is a lightweight , thats what he is at weigh-it while dehydrated , he rehydrates back to where he started and fights at 142-144 , that is not a LW its a WW because its under 147 limit and over 140 thats how its ment to be so its a fair fight ,,,, Cotto fights as a MM and dehydrates to say he is a WW ,,,,,, its not how the divisions were ever meant to be in boxing , over the last decade or so sport science has manipulated the 30hr system this is why you will see more and more catch weights simply because the players of bixing are not you guys the players know how it works , and the average man in the street that follows boxing has no clue of it other than a few passing numbers .

I will openly debate anybody on the board about real weight vs weigh-in weight .

They can tune in to whatever they want. Key point is you don't call someone who fights for a living a *****, even if he enters the ring like Camacho, has Malignaggi's hair style, and wears De La Hoya fishnets, while cuddling with his man like Griffith (probably) used to.

Wow, you're a fuckin' genius. You've discovered that fighters gain weight 30 hours after the weigh-in, great job. Now until the powers that be put a cap on how much weight a fighter can gain after the weigh-in, STFU. It's just how it is, let it go. Besides, Marquez is small for a fuckin' lightweight. Just a year and a half ago, he was fighting at 126lbs. I met him in Tucson and talked to him for a bit, the dude is small.

Nobody is saying change it Im saying acknowledge it as the fact it is there and that it favors some fighters way more than others and you dont acknowledge it because it doesnt flow with your hate bull**** that allows you create the biggest double standard on the board thats why you talk **** , your not consistent in what you say , its ok for one fighter and not another , that is my beef with all your bull**** .
