At 135 i don't know...Pac at 140 is quick but I say overrated.
We'll see in the fights, even if they throw a bit faster i still say Floyd has more pop in his jab. His speed is always the underdog but he almost always ends up faster, especially his feet -dude can move.

Floyd's not as fast as he once was especially since going 140 up but he THINKS real fast in real time which makes his speed more effective. He also thinks fast defensively. That's more important. Just look at Zab with his speed who doesn't know how to utilize it fully at elite level.

Pac is also a quick thinker inside the ring. So is JMM. This is what separates Floyd, JMM and Pac from a lot of their opponents. JMM though is more about timing than speed, yet still he's got a respectable rate of fire and is fluid in his combination and counter punching, and his mind is quick enough to read his opponents offense.
