  • Are the people picking JMM delusional?

I mean seriously.. Dude is a great little fighter and all.. But he has seen better days.. Even when he wins his fights it looks like his face has been through a meet grinder. He takes waay too much punishment.. He lost to freaking Chris John(i dont wanna hear about a robbery, it shouldnt have been that close anyway) Floyds gonna box circles around JMM and possibly stop him..
Floyd gets stronger in the second half of fights and if he steps on the gas(which he probably will because JMM cant hurt him) he may stop JMM.. Jmm being 36 isnt a good look..

Delusional no because anyone can get beat, I would say that they are very optomistic of his chances.

I wouldnt say delusional more like there thinking with there hearts not there heads. Just like the Hattonites when they were thinking Hatton will pose Pac problems, he could of he if had better defense but if you study both styles, Hattons no defense style was tailor made for Pacmans destructive offense.

A near 2 year layoff for his opponent may have an effect so no they are just axpecting Floyd to have lost the edge.

I respect JMM too much to say he got no chance. This is a tuneup for Mr boat buyer, but JMM ain't gonna show up just for a payday, he wants to win. I don't think he will, but I hope he does. War Dinamita!

its not that everyone thinks marquez will win, its just people want him to.

but we dont know if floyd still fights the way he used to...... its been 2 years......

me too, id like JMM to win, that would be the upset of the decade right there. JMM has a fighters chance, u never know in this sport what happens if you get his flush in the face, and JMM has the tools to do it.

JMM is one of my favorites, but I know he has no chance against the much bigger, longer, natural welterweight Mayweather.

JMM looked smaller than Juan Diaz. His natural fighting weight is featherweight, where he fought until he was well into his 30s, not lightweight.
