he a really cool guy, nice person. there were alot of people all around him trying to get his autograph and picture. took me a while to get to him and got my picture taken with him. so i ask him "amir khan in the future?" i guess that caught his interest because he started conversating with me for like 3 minutes about that. he kinda put everyone off and would grab things to sign while still talking with me. he said that he wants to fight him but he heard that khan does not want to fight him. he also said that people are saying that khan knocked him out in the amateurs when he really didnt. i forgot his story because after taking a few minutes to get a picture with him he started to conversate with me so i was kinda shocked and thinking wow im having a conversation with victor ortiz. i think he was saying something about an elbow and a dq, not sure tho. but i remember him ending it with "so i told khan alright man, ill see you in the pros." Later when things calmed down in the Plaza after Marquez's rally i saw him walking alone with a friend, some girls change dropped and he picked it up for her, nice fellow. it was kool cause it got me thinking that later on im not going to experience seeing that when he becomes a big star. I mean the way he was talking to me, he could have seemed like a regular dude that i was talking boxing with.

Cool. Some pros seem down to Earth. I spoke to Winky Wright shortly at the Jones-Calzaghe fight about his upcoming fight(fight he was gonna have in August 08 ended up fighting P.Will). Seemed like a cool guy. He was jus chillin at the bar in the VIP section.Comment

Nah. I know some1 who knows some1 who works at HBO or sum **** like dat. He got me and a few others passes and we went upstairs at the Garden and got into the pre fight party. I took pics wit B-Hop, Evander, Lennox, Berto and others.
My friend who has the hookup knows Emmanuel Steward personally. Drove him around NY when he was in town a few times. We waited after the fight and I got a pic wit Emmanuel and shook Jim Lampley's hand.
I'm gonna try to go to Cotto-Clottey the 13th. And no...I aint pay for any of this.Comment

Jones-Calzaghe was boring unless ur a Joe fan and so was Zab's fight on the undercard. We were sittin near a few Joe fans and they look scared to death when he got dropped in the 1st. The place went crazy, after that it was a snorefest...
