I noticed that some brits think Hopkins is some huge celebrity over here when he's really not. Dont get me wrong, people know him but nothing like Tyson, DLH,etc. I'd even say more people know and recognize Evander Holyfield than they Hopkins.

I first found out about DLH when i started creeping through this forum and Calzaghe wasn't that much of a star back in Europe 'till he fought RJJ. Around the country I live in that is.

I didn't know who Joe Calzaghe was until i started watching the pre-fight hype for his fight with Kessler. It's strange though, i already knew who Kessler was. Then i looked back at his early fights when he was knocking guys out in the first round, until he broke his hand and changed his style to suit his frgaile hands and get wins by decision on work rate and stamina.
