I see some of Wards crazy fans claiming he is the one who outboxed Miranda. When in the rematch against Abraham, all I saw Miranda hit was AA's gloves, theirs a couple of times Miranda clearly hit Ward and Wards face did look quite beaten up at the end of the fight and I don't think it was just do to the clash of heads. I don't know, I think Ward is getting his balls swetted too much by some people, he isn't in the league of Abraham or Pavlik though Pavlik definitely took a **** load of damage to get his win over Miranda.
Who took less punishment against Miranda. Abraham in the rematch or Ward?

Miranda landed some telegraphed flush right hands on Ward. He never landed anything flush on Abraham in the rematch, Abraham blocked all of his punches and then exploded with power punches and knocked Miranda the **** out.
Pavlik destroyed Miranda in 7
Abraham destroyed Miranda in 4
Ward couldn't even knockdown, hurt or stop a shot chinny Miranda.
Pavlik, Abraham >>>> WardComment

Ward too more easy!
Ward took more punishment but it was very necessary for his career. Simply because he was sheltered a little too long. It showed him how to adjust. Miranda is now the gate keeper and Ward showed himself worthy.Comment

I didn't like how Ward fought to beat Miranda, but he made Miranda look completely one dimensional when all Miranda has was pawing with his left and trying to land a hard right. Believe it or not I've been a fan of Wards and I just wasn't a fan of that fight. The first time I saw Ward he impressed me against Roger Cantrell. I only wish his fight with Miranda was as exciting as his fight against Roger Cantrell... But it wasn't, it was a borefest to me personally.. Maybe I should be nicer about ward, maybe he had a bad night because after he won he talked about how he wasn't impressed about how he fought and got the victory. So atleast he is honest, but none the less I hated watching the fight because it was a tad boring.Comment
