Wow what a waste of a spot, especially since it will be against some bum for sure. Formidable opponent my ass. Undercards are all going to be mismatches from now on.

Alexander Munoz, Roberto Vasquez, Hugo Cazares, Jorge Arce or a rematch with Rafael Concepcion will be acceptable to most fans. Anything less, except Duangpetch Saengmorakot or Kohei Kono, both also from Asia, is just a waste of time...

I would like to see a Concepcion rematch. But like the first guy said undercards wont have competitive fight anymore. I think we will be lucky to get that fight. Forget about the other guys.

          A J "Bazooka" Banal

Congratulations "AJ "Bazooka" Banal! Now is your time to shine!

Don't bother to listen to any idiot posting garbage opinions. If you happen to meet one in the ring, blast him to smithereens, so he wont be able to post anymore "idiotic opinions"!

Go, go, go AJ "Bazooka" Banal!

young, exciting, up and coming fyters from the philippines should be given real testy opponents. these guys don't eat up the budget anyway. they are hungry for the wins and recognition, not the pays.....yet!

good donaire is getting fyts nowadays, now that he's moving up in weights. his challenge for Lopez belt should prove his versatility as a fyter some more. he will soon catch up with vic. it will be a shame if gary shaw will hide vic to avoid the "dar-chicken-ian" dance.

Banal might be good, but Ronnie could tone down the cheerleading a little. He calls Banal's last opponent, Matumla, "highly touted." The only person touting him was Ronnie. Matumla got Ko'd in five rounds in his last meaningful fight and had lost two of the previous four fights. He'd never beaten anyone of note

From now on? They've all been mismatches for quite some time now. This isn't the early '90s anymore. Back then we used to get fights like Norris-Santana, Chavez-Randall and all kinds of title bouts all on the same card. It's been A LONG TIME since we've seen cards like that. Probably the last card we saw like that was the Hopkins-Joppy card or Toney-Holyfield.
