He didnt lose the 118 belt in the RING.

penalosa moved up in weight (122) to fyt juanma and vacated his belt in the bantamweight (118). he used to be the champ there and should be the mandatory to montiel/morel, not just # 2. his galant stand against the bigger, taller, younger and faster juanma earned gerry more respect than scorn!!
